Through various activities such as seminars, exhibitions, and book presentations, Vietnam has contributed to the success of AFCC 2023. On Wednesday, the 19th Asian Games commenced with the rowing competition. The Vietnamese team made an impressive start, securing a spot in the finals for four out of the six events they participated in. Nguyen Thi Giang and Pham Thi Thao came in second place in the women’s heavyweight two-oar sculls event, narrowly missing first place to their Iranian competitors.
