The festival mainly takes place in the Hong Van Mountain, or Lim Mountain area which attracts the most visitors. Diverse activities are held throughout the festival, including folk games, love duet singing, and calligraphy. Hanoi engulfed in spell of drizzle and fog

Image
On inner-city roads, many vehicles were forced to keep their lights turned on until 8:30 a.m. High-rise buildings in Ha Dong and Thanh Xuan districts are left covered by drizzle and fog, with their roofs invisible amid the fog. At the same time, residents must suffer from the high humidity levels following the Tet holiday. Locals are forced to don raincoats as they travel on roads in the capital. Fog limits the visibility of drivers as they travel in Hanoi. The weather condition is forecast to last until mid-February, with temperatures hovering at around 18 to 22 degrees Celsius.
