Ice Sculpture Show Inspired by Harbin Held in Ho Chi Minh City

On the opening day the event attracts plenty of visitors who are curious about the ice sculpture.. The exhibition has been held in summer at the Dam Sen Cultural Park over the past 10 years.  Do Ngoc Son and his friend from Thu Duc city say they are eager to visit the exhibition though inside temperature is about minus 10 degrees Celsius. The ice works on display look beautiful, majestic, splendid, and creative in the eyes of visitors. Twenty artisans from Harbin and 50 Vietnamese engineers and technicians have worked for a whole month to create such wonderful artworks. The exhibition requires 1,000 cubic metres of ice and 2,000 colour lights. On display are numerous landmarks, including the headquarters of the Ho Chi Minh City administration, One Pillar Pagoda in Hanoi, the Eiffel Tower of France, and the Colosseum of Italy. The place provides an entertainment area for many children during the summer vacation. ...
