Peruvian Communist Party Seeks Advice from Vietnam on Socialist Model
Based on Luis Villanueva Carbajal, Vietnam, and Peru have had a long-standing traditional friendship . However, the current bilateral relationship does not match the potential and tradition of friendship between the two sides. The visit of the high-ranking delegation from the Peruvian Communist Party to Vietnam from November 9 to 19 aimed to gain insights into Vietnam’s path to socialism, its current foreign policy, how the country strengthens and develops relations with other countries, especially major powers, while ensuring the principles of respect for independence, sovereignty, territorial integrity, and political regime, and non-interference in each other’s internal affairs.
