Contestants will have the opportunity to compete in both professional and non-professional groups. The non-professional group is specifically for candidates of all nationalities who are not pursuing a piano major from professional music institutions such as the Conservatory of Music, Music Academies, Culture and Arts Colleges, or Universities with piano majors.
