International Flower Arrangement Contest Draws 200 Floral Designers to Da Lat
A piece makes uses of bamboo and popular flowers in Da Lat City. The contest jointly organised by the World Flower Council (WFC) and Da Lat University draws the participation of 200 local and foreign floral designers from 18 countries worldwide. A work introducing the country’s traditional culture is created by a Singaporean floral designer. The World Flower Council Summit 2023 is running with the theme of “Vietnam-Blooming with timeless charm” and welcomes more than 500 attendees who are famous designers, experts, flower arrangement artists, and scientists from across the globe. An impressive piece is created by a designer from the Philippines. The summit will also have a demonstration of flower arrangements opening with the theme of “My Country Design”, as presented by 18 floral designers representing 18 countries.
