Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao, the co-founder and chairwoman of Sovico Holdings, was honoured in 2017 by Forbes as one of the world’s ultra-rich billionaires. Thao in her role as CEO and president of VietJet Air was also named among the Top 50 global leaders in 2018 by Bloomberg. As of March 7, 2021, the Vietnamese businesswoman reportedly had total assets amounting to US$2.8 billion.

Mai Kieu Lien, chairperson and CEO of Vietnam Dairy Products Jsc (Vinamilk), was featured in Asia’s Power Businesswomen list in 2015 published by Forbes. She is the only Vietnamese person to be presented with the Forbes Vietnam Lifetime Achievement Award. After taking the helm of Vinamilk for more than three decades, Lien has built and developed the country’s largest dairy business and increased its brand value globally.

Nguyen Thi Nga is considered one of Vietnam’s most powerful entrepreneurs. She is now president of Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank) and Banking, Real Estate and Golf (BRG) Group. Forbes named her among Asia’s top 50 most influential women.

The affirmation was made by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh during his talks with Chinese Premier Li Qiang in Nanning city, Guangxi province of China, on September 16 on the occasion of attending the 20th China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) and China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit (CABIS). Vietnam to host Malaysia for 2nd AFF Championship game

The highly-anticipated game will kick off at My Dinh National Stadium in Hanoi at 7:30 pm (Vietnam time) and will be broadcast live on the FPT Play platform and VTV Can Tho channel. Vietnam made a strong start during their first match of the tournament on December 21 as the 2008 and 2018 winners thrashed Laos 6-0 in Vientiane.
