Hanoi: Various exciting activities for Halloween await
Halloween is not just a single-day celebration. It’s one entire season where tricks and treats happen. People wear their spookiest costumes and attend the eerie ghost tours in Hanoi.
As the festival is around the corner, Hanoi has crazy parties and Halloween events this weekend.

The Seen Escape at No 15-17, Lane 143 Quang Hoa Street in Cau Giay District, Hanoi, is a live-action game where various thrilling Halloween-themed games are available.
This haunted house offers two main game themes of adventure and horror with four scary rooms, including the Attic, Cemetery, Basement, and Magic World.
When joining these live-action games, players need to collect hidden clues and data, thereby deciphering spiritual phenomena or escaping from the torture and chases of the villains in the frightening game rooms.
To add more horror to the game, players can choose the game options of interacting or non-interacting with the villains. The price for each 60-minute game is from VND149,000 to VND169,000 or around US$7.
Meanwhile, youth passionate about puzzles and challenging brain games can choose Miss Terry on Floor 10, No 381 Doi Can Street, Hanoi. The puzzle room in the center of the game, combined with horror elements, will surely bring the player an unprecedented experience.
Without physical effects, these escape rooms mainly use psychological tricks to create fear in players. However, this is an escape room. Your goal is only one: find a way out of the room within 60 minutes. Prices start from VND400,000 or $16 for a team with unlimited members.

Moreover, younger players can choose fewer horror games for this Halloween season. Tan Viet Game Zone will hold an array of events such as quizzes with prizes, masquerade nights, and circus performances for children at Vincom Royal City, Vincom Ocean Park, and WinMart supermarket in Trung Hoa Urban Area in Cau Giay District on October 29 and 30.
In addition, a Halloween Costume Contest will take place at AEON Mall Ha Dong on October 29. Participants in Halloween attires will have to show their talents, like singing, dancing, and catwalking. The game winners will receive the award of VND5million or US$200 in cash (for groups); and VND4 million $160 (for individuals).
A workshop entitled “Creating Halloween Accessories from Wool” is dedicated to families only and will take place at How CafĂ© at No 7A, Lane 57, Lang Ha Street, from 9 to 11 A.M on October 30.
With the desire to contribute to building a “comprehensive” healthy young generation, mentally and physically, FunRun Hanoi Co.Ltd will organize the “Halloween Run 2022” at Thong Nhat Park for Hanoian families, starting from 6.30 A.M on October 30.
Duc Chien, a Hanoian from Thuong Tin District in Hanoi’s outskirts, said he joins the Halloween Run 2022to pass on his son’s love for the marathon.
“It doesn’t matter if you win or lose, but this is a great opportunity for the family bond to cement itself during the 2022 Halloween season,” he said.
